We have begun painting some of the bricks in my room, but our paint supply is running low. We need paints that are appropriate for wall murals since usual classroom paint will not last very long. We believe a colorful, upbeat environment will help lift students' moods and allow them to make better choices. The students will help me paint these murals, and this gives them an opportunity to participate in creating the culture of the school. We're especially interested in painting things relevant to our Sonoran Desert culture. A cactus, a sunset, some rolling desert hills--the sky's the limit!
