Our mission is to nurture a diverse group of young men to become lifelong active participants who reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. These materials will give our boys access to stem. In the DC area there are a limited amount of schools that have acess to stem materials for activities. Most of the schools are in gentrified neighborhoods throughout the DC area unlike my school which is located right outside of ward 7. Please help ensure we have equality throughout our schools. We will use these materials to help teachers boys how to be expert scientists and engenders, giving them access to more than just sports. This project will also help increase students social emotional awareness and skills.
