I am requesting an iPad to help encourage learning through technology. My students need to keep up with technology. This tool will help me create engaging and creative lessons for all of my students. Students will be able to participate in these fun activities. I will also be able to use it for positive reinforcement of behavior. Engaging in the latest technology will allow my students to have meaningful and challenging activities to enhance their learning. Students will be able to show their work and mirror it on my Smart board. We are using a new math program, so I would like to share the students' work. They will be able create projects for social living (such as matter and erosion) and use it to research information about the past. They will also be able to use it to work on our district mandated computer programs called Imagine Leaning. This will also help with teaching small groups for math. They will be able to work on it while using their manipulatives.
