We need headphones that cover our ears. Headphones that cover our ears block out extraneous noise and distractions and keep us on task. We need to make our educational foundations strong so that we can build on those foundations. Learning and remembering our alphabet sounds and sight words help us with our reading and writing. We need extra time on these subjects and repetition. Having more than one way to learn and then connect those different strategies helps us retain information. Creating and learning go hand in hand! Creating something that belongs to us encourages us to do our best!
