Gym mats are an essential part of any physical education education program. These materials will provide our students a safe way to perform different types of activities without getting physically hurt. This activities include, tumbling, curl ups, push ups, stretching and use them as barriers for many other activities. Keeping our students physically active will improve their well being and produce healthier generations. Giving them opportunities to properly perform physical activities in a safe environment using the correct equipment will enable them have good habits. Forming well rounded individuals through physical education is an essential part of our students well being.

About my class
