In my classes, I have several students who have attention problems or ADHD. I am so excited to be able to pick out items that will help keep them focused and on task. I picked out chair bungees that they can kick or rest their feet on. Fidget toys so that their hands are moving but their minds are still on the right topic. A couple of different seating and desk options for those who would rather stand or sit in a chair that wobbles. Candy, which is a HUGE motivator in my classes. Supplies like wipes, kleenex, germ-x, paper, folders, and pens so that the students who need them (but can't afford them) can still be prepared. I also selected a printer and toner so that I can print from my computer in my classroom and I won't have to print from my personal printer at home anymore. This will help improve my daily routine greatly.
