My students are inner city youth and they all have speech or language disabilities. I work with them in speech-language therapy to improve their communication skills. For some students, this means using correct grammar. Some are working on producing correct sounds or speaking fluently instead of stuttering. Many of my students are non-speaking and use pictures or devices to communicate. My students work hard every day and I want to help them achieve their potential!
