Aural habilitation is often times difficult and can become boring since the students are required to listen to language without any visual support. My students have to listen and understand given auditory prompts using their listening skills alone and then respond to the prompts through words or actions. By donating to my project you will help to make listening and language lessons more interesting and fun. Each game chosen will enable my students to listen to different language structures and vocabulary and therefore strengthen their auditory skills and stamina. Hearing precedes language skill and is therefore of utmost importance to my students. Being able to do their listening sessions in a more fun filled and motivating environment will make practice time go by faster. Listening and language acquisition will become playful and meaningful and help my students make progress faster.
