My students learn best when they have the proper resources available to them. I am a very organized person, and I know exactly how I want my classroom to be set up to cultivate student learning. However, there are certain materials I don't currently have that would enable my students to engage in hands-on mathematical activities. Supplies like graph paper, calculators, and pencils will allow my students to access the curriculum. The large Post-It Easel Pads and math cubes will inspire mathematical exploration and collaboration. The materials I have requested will make all the difference for my students this year. I want them to be excited to come to math class, and I believe that these classroom supplies will help to create a positive learning environment.
