It is my hope that providing a book bag and t-shirt each girl can personalize The Butterfly Girls mentoring group will begin to build the self confidence they need to be better students and young ladies. It is very important for every student to feel comfortable with themselves and that feeling often happens with the simple things like a t-shirt or book bag. Most of our student population is from low income homes that can't afford school uniforms or supplies. This project will help ease that stress. The girls will wear their shirts every Monday to start their week off right.

About my class
