My SuperStars and I would love to have a comfy place to have our class morning meeting, music, and movement time and shared buddy reading. Young children need an area that is conducive to their growing minds and body without feeling they are confined to a table or desk. This area will be a special place that we will use continuously throughout the day...we actually spend more time sitting on the floor in a shared group than confined to a table. At this age, we have learned that the environment is part of our social and emotional growth. Providing an area that each student can identify as their personal space is so important for their ever-growing personalities.

About my class
