Hand washing is the key to preventing the spread of germs! There are two School Nurses in our District. Nurse Austin and I repeatedly stress the importance of thorough hand washing to our students, faculty, and staff. Seeing is believing and the Glo Germ hand washing kit is the best way to demonstrate how effective or ineffective your hand washing is. Nurse Austin and I would like to go to each classroom and allow every student the chance to participate in this "hands-on" experiment. The adults in our district will also enjoy the Glo Germ instruction. Now, more than ever, it is imperative that all of us pay close attention to hand hygiene.
