Help give my students the gift of technology. Our class is a 6:1:1 that has students that have a wide range of disabilities that range from Autism to Learning Disabilities. Our students come from a low socioeconomic area and are not always exposed to technology that is available in the world. Our students learn best with hands on activities that are engaging and interactive. By introducing I-pads into our classroom, it will help our students interact and engage in ELA and Mathematics lessons. These I-pads would allow my students to have a technology center in the classroom. During these centers, students would be exposed how to properly use technology, work on their learning goals and interact with their peers.
