These materials will give access to my students that they do not traditionally have. The gym mats will allow my students to compete and practice at a high school level. They will be used for safety and stunts during practice and performances. The megaphone will be used at pep rallies and games to get the crowd pumped and create a sense of community. The cheer shorts would be used for performances as pieces of our uniforms. The students deserve a real cheer experience! For many of them, this is their first time making a team and feeling a part of a community. These girls have been working diligently and demonstrating dedication inside and outside of the classroom. By donating to my project you are giving opportunities for these girls to create memories that will last a life time!
