During these unprecedented times many of our students will be doing Distance Learning, separated from teachers and peers. The Distance Learners that I will be working with range from PreK to Grade 2. These students will benefit from activities that can help them cope with stress and provide an outlet for breaks from their academic routine. As a Physical Education teacher I understand the importance of providing movement breaks and activities to help with both mind and body. I wish to provide them with yoga mats and jump ropes as tools to make this happen.

About my class
