These products will allow my students to practice important basic literacy and academic skills while promoting their independence. Basic reading and literacy skills are essential for having basic work and functional skills in the future. I will use these products during my small group/center based instruction. Sensory tools are essential for helping students with Autism self-regulate their emotions. Without sensory tools, students can become easily overwhelmed which can lead to meltdowns. These sensory products can also help my students learn to help themselves. These products would help me immensely by providing functional and individualized instruction that addresses my students' many needs.
