Students are finding it easier than ever to zone out of the learning process because their bodies and minds are far too active to sit still. By incorporating flexible seating into my classroom, I will be able to meet the needs of the very diverse learners in my classroom. Fifth graders are very active. The wiggle seats will help them harness that energy in a good way. I’ve heard many good things about these wiggle seats; many of my colleagues say they make a world of difference for some if not all of their students. I can’t wait to try them out with my students.

About my class
