These books will give my class an opportunity to choose from highly engaging stories that they can read. My students traditionally move away from reading and writing, as they see words as obstacles rather than a way for a great adventure to come to life. My students are curious, thoughtful, and persevering young people who will greatly benefit from having a large, accessible library filled with intriguing stories. I inherited a low-interest, dated library that has limited relevant books that are representative of my class. We are also limited in leveled books that they can read. Please help us have high quality, interesting books in our hands!

About my class
