Help me give my students choices that can positively affect their work and demeanor! I hear all the time how students can't wait to get home from school. Help me create a home atmosphere for them in my class! Creating an inviting and enticing tech area in my classroom will be the breading ground for learning, growth, ideas, and a chance to come together for the love of science and technology regardless of the diversity of my student population. We unify 200 high school students who represent 19 countries and 15 languages through science, technology, and comfort. Students, who are not given enough opportunities to learn in a way best suited to their style, may be left frustrated and not able to understand or keep up. I am faced with the difficult task of not only gaining students attention but keeping it! Creating areas for application of content will strengthen my students knowledge and allow their minds to process and create new ways of understanding and doing.
