These mindfulness therapy items and games and activities will help me teach mindfulness to my students. Some of my students have anger issues and have to learn new ways to deal with it. My students either lack coping skills or have unhealthy coping skills. My hope is to use these to aid me during social-emotional groups to help generalize the skill. My students love to play games and this is a way I can tie their interests into their social work group lessons. I am hoping that when my students learn better coping skills, their behavior and self-esteem will improve.
