Children in my school are from a poverty-stricken inner city, many families have immigrated to the US for a better life, as well as an education. Most do not have the means to purchase a snack or meal if the provided meal is missed. If late to school, they miss breakfast. Breakfast starts the day and helps the children to fuel their energy for the day. Staying focused is hard when you're hungry. Imagine missing breakfast or not having a snack while your friends in class are eating theirs. Help provide our future leaders with snacks to fuel their day!

About my class
