Working with students will all abilities, as a team we often have student come to us with documents they have difficulty accessing. We would like to be able to scan the documents into the computer and then assist them with being able to read it on their own by enlarging it, or have the materials read to them. A scanner will give us the opportunity to do this. Working with the correct tools will further students learning through independence and confidence. When a student becomes independent with a skill, they are able to build upon that skill. We have a limited time to impact students before they graduate. We want to increase their skills to their maximum potential.
