The materials that I am requesting for will help my students out tremendously. My students have autism and are 3 to 5 years old. With this population, getting my students to follow directions, stay in a designated instructional area, focus on the task at-hand and/or allow them to take breaks in a specific area can be difficult for them. With these classroom dividers I will be able to use them to block specific areas of my classroom to allow my students to benefit from their learning environment. These dividers will allow my students to also be able to focus during their speech sessions when the speech pathologist comes in to work on their individual goals. These dividers will be an amazing benefit to our classroom organization and learning.
