Help me give my students a gymnastics unit! This balance beam and mini trampoline will be used to help them improve their balance and coordination. Also, help me give my students a muscular and skeletal system poster so they can see the muscles they are using when doing different fitness activities all throughout the school year. These students are learning to master body control movements and are very interested in knowing which muscles and bones are being used. I think a gymnastics unit will be perfect for them because gymnastics is all bodyweight movements and skills. And the posters will go along with helping them understand how their body is going through these movements.
