Students will use the Chromebooks on a daily basis to research and design their Civic Projects. This year we will dive into the 2020 Election and students will be required to research candidates and design a platform for them and conduct a school-wide debate and election. The other materials will be used to help students brainstorm and plan and execute their projects. This will be a school year long project. The students will conduct research, evaluate content on websites and design projects throughout the year around Civic matters important in our city as well as the United States as a whole. All of the materials are critical to planning, development, execution and presentation of their topics on an ongoing basis.
