We want to teach our young students about giving back to others. How can we make an impact in our community? Here is our plan to impact those around us: Week 1-Clean garden at our school and plant bulbs for the spring. Create pinecone birdseed feeders on a memorial tree for a student who passed away last year. Week 2-Hospital busy bags in honor of a current student fighting cancer. Week 3-Birthday boxes that include everything needed to make a cake, including cake mix, frosting, candles, and a card. Week 4-Nursing home center pieces. Create a Thanksgiving and winter center piece to distribute to area nursing homes. Week 5-Make fleece scarves to take to a local homeless shelter. We need your help to purchase the supplies for these projects.
