As a modern educator that's aware of the challenges my students face both in and out of school, I strive to create a classroom setting that feels safe and comfortable for all of my students. I teach a diverse population of students who are learning English, as well as students with disabilities. This year I plan on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for my students. The goal is to make their classroom a home away from home. I have heard from many students that they love entering a classroom that is inviting and different from the typical table and chair classroom set-up. That's why I am asking for a new modern classroom seating that will lead students reaching their full potential during academic instruction. This year I am requesting to create a room in which students can choose where they sit to continue their learning adventure. Students will have the option of pillows, chair tables, stools, and saucer chairs to select from with your help of funding this project. Every dollar counts!
