The Xbox will be used as a reward system for students that have accomplished a full week of excellent behavior and excellence in academics. Students need to have positive reinforcement hourly, daily, and then a much bigger reward for their achievements that week. We will allow the students 30 minutes of Xbox time on Fridays after all work is complete and correct and there have not been any negative behavior for the week. They will be allowed to play the game by themselves, or with another student that has had the same excellent behavior and academic week. These students work very hard to prove "everyone" wrong, they want to accomplish something with their lives.
