Instead of only coding through a website, I want to give my students the experience of coding something on a computer and their program works outside of the computer on a different device! These kits will let them code with Javascript, Python, and more for varied and exciting projects, differentiated to my students' needs. This experience is directly applicable to computer science professions and I hope my students will see themselves as computer scientists, app designers, or software engineers after taking my class.
