These materials will help me to make our daily literacy and math stations hands-on and engaging! By having a printer that allows me to print double-sided, in color, on cardstock paper, I will be able to utilize pictures to provide the high structure that my students need through visual schedules and a variety of binder rings full of problem solving and calm down techniques. I will also be able to make activities that can last year to year by laminating the things that I print, such as number or word puzzles. I can also create re-usable white boards so that my students do not need to be as self conscious about their mistakes since it is so easy to erase and keep working. My students need engaging activities to learn literacy and math concepts so that all of my students' needs can be met so they can reach grade level expectations. The snap and build sight words, alphabet rubber stamps, and alphabet magnets will enable my students to play around with letters and build words, enabling them to practice word work skills in a variety of ways. The foam dice, math dice tub, fractions student pack, place value pack, linking cubes, and base ten pack will allow my students a variety of ways to practice their math skills.
