The novels that I am requesting will help my students grow and learn to look at life through different lenses. This will reach my students on a personal level and show them that even if life throws you curve balls you still can make a good choice. This will allow my students to connect to a novel and reflect on their own individual struggles. My students come from many paths of life and I want them each to know that they matter and that they can take charge of what they want to become. This novel will help to guide my students in a new way of handling any situation that may come there way.
