A Listening center is an amazing way to help students stay focused and comprehend texts while improving their overall fluency. The materials that I am asking for will help my students gain another way to work with Literacy. You can never over teach Literacy, the more words students hear the more complex their speech gets. With the Building Vocabulary Listening Center, students will have one more way to listen and work with not only vocabulary but suffixes, prefixes, and other types of words. Audio learning is a great way for students to learn at their own pace. The materials I am asking for would work for audio (CD) player and wireless headphones.
