My students have a variety of accomodations including math charts, checklists, literary term lists, essay outlines, sentence starters, and transitional words and phrase lists, to name a few. A new laminator and laminating supplies would allow me to make resources such as these that are durable enough to last through the school year. This will benefit the students because there won't be issues with torn or worn papers, and also because I will allow me more time away from the copier during my planning period -- time to evaluate and adjust individual education plans so my students can keep pace with their Regular Ed counterparts.
