Hooray! Our school has been chosen to receive an in-class iPad for each of our amazing kids! How wonderful is that? This is a population where technology exists primarily in the school setting. Our students do not have access to computers in the home as many of their peers do. My mind is spinning with the possibilities...real world math application, virtual science experiments to supplement our hands-on learning, language acquisition - I could go on and on and on and...Now all we need is a little logistical help! We have 32 devices for 32 students and 4 plugs to charge them! My eager kids are ready to use these computers, and we need them ready for us as well. This charging cart would make that a reality. My students could plug their tablet in at the end of the da, and they would be charged and ready for them the next morning, Something so simple has a huge impact on learning! Trust me when I say, these children deserve it!
