My second grade strategic students will use the provided technology to become the fluent readers they desire to be. With this additional opportunity, they will become more than master readers. They will learn responsibility and technology skills that can be carried over in their lives beyond our school. By using technology to self-assess their individual reading levels , my struggling readers will have multiple opportunities to become reading super stars! Using various programs, student lessons can be modified and enhanced according to each individual need. We will begin this project by providing a working space for the students to use Accelerated Reader to begin this journey.

About my class
