These materials will allow the students different seating options in the classroom. There are times where they need a different sensory experience versus sitting in a regular school chair. The students are able to receive different forms of tactile experiences with different types of seats. We have seats that are balls to bounce, rockers, and now we need more comfortable seats as well as sturdy stools to complete the different seating options. These students benefit from input received from their seats and the environment around them. They are capable of learning at a more efficient speed when they are able to meet their sensory needs.

About my class
