The use of flexible seating in an elementary classroom has been proven to enhance creativity and allow students a choice in their learning process. When students are given the choice of where and how to sit, they become more open to instruction and more comfortable providing feedback. These lap desks will be used to allow students the opportunity to collaborate in custom created spaces. Our students are distinctively creative with learning in small spaces and The Surf Portable Lap Desk would free up so much space for us as we wait for our new school to be built. About my class
