Our school has recently adopted a new rigorous science course which has exploded in popularity! Forensic Science is the application of science to matters of the law. My students are eager to learn about every aspect concerning crime scene investigation. In order to be a true inquiry based course, my students need to have the ability to appropriately compare pieces of evidence, which includes hair, fibers, signatures, bullets, blood drops, tools, tool marks, and so much more! My goal this school year is to have all of my students demonstrate mastery with the course standards. A comparison microscope will definitely help me with this goal!
