I know that basketball equipment will allow my students to keep playing basketball without worrying about other things. Having an extra hoop will allow my kids to complete warm ups and allow my players to train like kids at other schools. A lot of the students will be able to use this equipment before school and at recess also. The school has seen how basketball has turned around the culture of the entire middle school. Basketball can teach them different values such as obedience, discipline, and responsibilities. These are things that are so important in inner-city schools to help build well rounded students.
