My goal is to provide my third grade students with a new way to view math. They need and deserve the opportunity to see numbers in action. They need opportunities to build numbers with the cubes, draw numbers, and move numbers with the multiplication arrays and hands on subtraction, in order to understand real life situations. I would love to be able to provide my class with a more multi-sensory approach to learning mathematics. It's my intent to create engaging, hands-on lessons in order to cater to the variety of learning styles in my class. Please consider contributing to my third grade students. They are beyond deserving of this incredible opportunity.
