Algebra is an abstract, yet beautiful subject. Any instruments that may be used to assist with a student’s academic growth would be greatly appreciated and honored. Basic materials, such as those being requested, really can make such a positive impact in the classroom. Students will utilize material multiple times a week. When student have materials readily at hand and in good shape, it is one less obstacle to overcome. Other challenges, such as learning Algebra or calculator algorithm, can become the focus of the class. When materials are being used, then I, the teacher, can get quick responses from students to confirm we can continue or I need to reteach the student.
