I have planned to put the bench outside with plants. The students will help me plant and care for that which will grow in the planters. It will also provide a way for needed students to take breaks outside. The decor will be incredible! The class will be so visually appealing with the lights, fans, mat, etc! I know these young people will be excited, invested, and honor what is being given. The bean bags will provide a rest and a change of placement for many students to refocus! I practice positive discipline and all of these items reinforce making good choices in our classroom and hopefully leading them to do the same in their life and future!
