As a middle school being able to quickly find your pulse is difficult. As a health and fitness educator my job is to educate my middle school kiddos to be in the healthy fitness range when they are exercising. Having these trackers can easily help my students know if they are in the healthy fitness zone or not! I feel that most of my students struggle when finding their pulse so they don't try as hard but if they can easily check their own pulse they will be intrinsically motivated to be more fit and get into that healthy fitness zone!
