My Ojibwe students love the pillows and the reading benches that we have now in our classroom . But we need more flexible reading apabiwinan(seating), they would absolutely feel fortunate and joyful if they were able to read in comfy, cozy beanie chairs Don't you like to read in a comfy chair? This flexible seating option will add to the reading area and will be used daily to explore and let imaginations soar, while reading a good book. Our entire school population is striving this year to increase students authentic reading interest, understanding and literacy. With this flexible seating I hope to provide my students with an innate sense of pride while enjoying their reading. Relaxing with a good book, makes everything okay.
