Half of my school is learning in person while the other half has remained virtual. Our virtual 4th and 5th graders have the advantage of being able to sing and play recorder during our Zoom music classes. Our in-person students, however, cannot do either. Nor can they easily share instruments. These ukuleles will complete a class set so that we can move forward in our music learning. Please help me give my students a way to make music that is fun, engaging, and Covid-safe! These ukuleles will help my in-person students keep up with our virtual students while maintaining Covid-19 safety protocols as they meet multiple Virginia Standards of Learning including: 4.12 and 5.12 The student will demonstrate music literacy. 4.14 and 5.14 The student will develop skills for individual and ensemble instrumental performance. Thank you so much for your consideration.
