Almost every 15 minutes of the day in the life of a kindergartener, we switch to a new activity. Most of the time the students will need either their pencils, crayons, scissors, or glue. All of these items are in their individual pencil box. If it were possible to have chair buddies (chair pockets) in the classroom, they could store their pencil boxes in close proximity and have quick and easy access. It would be a lifesaver for myself and the students. It would be a great way to teach organization as well as taking care of your belongings.
