The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through the door! The organizational baskets, crates and cups will be placed in the shelves in the back of our classroom. This will help our daily lesson plans run smoothly from day to day. The timer will be used so that my students know how much work time they have remaining, as it is not good practice to cut off students without warning. The chart paper will be used to create anchor charts that reflect the in-class discussions we have during our lessons. The clipboards and dry erase boards will be offered to students, so they may work where they are most comfortable. Less stress more focus, since important materials will be provided. Being an organizational advocate, our classroom routines will encourage students to come to school everyday ready to learn.
