These materials will help my students be able to have comfortable areas to sit in the classroom, be able to create and maintain relationships with their peers and teacher, and provide a morning meeting and library space for our classroom! Our classroom needs a rug for our morning meeting time. Morning meetings encourage classroom community and relationships, provides a comfortable and safe space for students to express themselves, and eases the students into their school day. We really want to create a cozy area for the library so students will be comfortable and will provide a space for reading and studying time.
