Most of my students are in constant motion. Seven year olds with long mornings can be trying on their energy filled bodies. Most of my students I allow to stand at their desk since their hard chairs come across as uncomfortable. They often twist about and tilt their chairs. I allow some GoNoodle time to break up their morning but from what I have read about balance balls in the classroom, I think it would be a welcome addition to the classroom environment. Research also shows how the balls work on posture, which is important with their growing bodies as well.
