In schools today it is so important to monitor students mental health on a daily basis. Mental health issues include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts, bullying, etc. Mental health deals with how we relate with others, handle stress, and make choices. As a school counselor, I am not supplied with many items to help my students. I have selected items that can help students with their mental health is a fun way. I am the advocate for mental health in my building and I would greatly benefit from these tools. Students are faced with so many issues in today's world, let's make mental health issues something they are prepared to deal with!
